Yoga Core Thursdays, 5:30-6:45p Saturday morning, 9-10a a yoga practice integrating Pilates principles of Core strength with a yogic focus on Breath
Yoga Stretch Fridays 8:45-9:45a a thorough stretch class for all levels integrating the best of yoga and Pilates
Pilates Open Gym Hours Tuesdays, 7:00-10:00a Thursdays, 7-10a Saturdays, 10:15a- 1:00p
