Amy Ellingson

Owner Amy Ellingson, Registered Yoga Teacher, MA — holding a BA in Dance from UC Irvine and a MA from Pepperdine University — is a licensed Balanced Body Pilates practitioner and a certified yoga teacher. A retired professional dancer, and long time dance teacher, she is dedicated to the holistic health of mind, body and wellness.

Stephanie Perry

I began my fitness journey 30 years ago in San Diego as a competitive gymnast and soccer player. Following a gymnastics injury, I was introduced to Pilates. It was love at first sight as soon as I saw the equipment!  While attending TCU in Fort Worth, Texas I began the journey of becoming a certified Pilates Instructor with the PhysicalMind Institute. I have a bachelor of science degree in Psychology from TCU.  I have been teaching Pilates over 20 years. I owned an operated my own studio in Fort Worth for 8 years called D Method.
INSTRUCTOR

Katie Clancy

Katie has practiced Pilates since 2005, when she met her mentor, First Generation Teacher Kathy Grant, while majoring in Dance at Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. A registered Pilates Method Alliance teacher, Katie has studied with many Pilates Masters in her 18 years of teaching–Cara Reeser, Kelly Kane, Blossom Leilani Crawford, and Lana Halverson to name a few.
